I got these all beef lil smokeys from my local store on sale for $2.50 a pack. I brought them home and decided that they would probably make pretty good beef sticks. So, after about 12 hours at 158 degrees F. This is what I have so far. I am cruising quickly toward a whole bunch of baby beef sticks!
Any ideas on what I should do with them after they're finished? (Besides eat them.)
