Crunchy on the outside, soft smashed potato and rich mozzarella cheese inside, 3 layers of flavour in just one bite! Easy and beginner-friendly no-fail recipe. =) Enjoy!

  • Fresh potatoes
  • Salt
  • Flour (a little bit for coating)
  • Egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Vegetable oil

I would say they are Italian-style potatoes for Mozarella cheese but if you say it is a Japanese style, then it should be like that.
