How To Make Sponge Cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1,5 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
0,5 cup sunflower oil
2 tbsp of cacao
10 gr baking powder
10 gr vanilla
2,5-3 cup flour

Preparation:

  1. Break eggs into a mixing bowl
  2. Add granulated sugar and whisk for 4-5 minutes
  3. Add milk and sunflower oil and mix again
  4. Add 2 cups of flour,baking powder, vanilla,cacao and mix again
  5. If the dough is too fluid add a little bit flour.
  6. Now put the Mass in your baking pan and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 356° Fahrenheit.
  7. After 40 minutes check the mass with a toothpick, if the cake is done take it out and let it cooldown
  8. While then melt the Choclate and put it on the cake pieces
