                                                                   Plound cake


Ingredients:


750 soft butter

105 g cornstarch

53 g icing sugar

50 g vanilla sugar

13 g zest of one lemon

4 g salt

280 g yellow egg

420 g of egg white

470 g sugar

540 flour

40 g of seed oil

30 g cacao powder

25 g warm water

Preparation.

1) Assemble the egg white and sugar.

2) Mix together cornstarch, soft butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon peel.

3) Add slowly mounted the white egg, add flour.

4) Split the dough into two parts, one part mix it with cacao.

  

Place the first dough on a baking shape after you put the second mixture with cacao over the first mixture, now take a knife and mix them a bit.


Put in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for 60 minutes.

Just ready to leave them to cool in the forms.
