Cheesy Eggplant Pizza

INGREDIENTS


1 large champignon

Salt

Olive oil


Pizza sauce

1 sheep's sauce

½ cup parmesan cheese

¼ cup fresh basil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

½ teaspoon red pepper


2 cups of mozzarella cheese

1 cup cheddar cheese


PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C.

Cut the eggplant into ½-inch slices.

For sweat, wipe them off for 20 minutes.

Slice each slice with extra virgin olive oil.

Bake for 25 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine the whole pizza sauce and mix until smooth.

Remove the eggplant slices from the oven and pour 2 tablespoons of the sauce mixture on each.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on each slice.

Place the slices back in the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

Allow to cool before serving.
