Just cook heaps of crepes and pile them up, thenalternate crepe and cream.
It's so simple, and soft and springy crepes are delicious.


【Ingredients】20 crepes(dia:9cm)
1Egg(large)
20g granulated sugar 　
150g milk(heated to about body temperature)
10g Melted butter　
45g Cake flour
5g Cocoa powder
●Whipped cream
200g double cream
20g granulated sugar

*strawberry *chocolate 　
*non melting powdered sugar
