Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites

INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup brown sugar

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of milk

1 cup of flour

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 slice of semi-sweet chocolate pieces

1/4 cup coconut oil



PREPARATION


1. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar and the softened butter.

2. Mix in vanilla extract and milk until well combined.

3. Add flour and salt and continue to mix until you reach a doughy consistency.

4. Evenly distribute the mixture "dough" on the bottom of the panel with a lining 9 × 9.

5. Sprinkle about half of the chocolate pieces over the dough so that they are evenly distributed, and then press the pieces into the dough with a sheet of parchment paper.

6. The scoop softens the ice cream on the top of the test mixture and is evenly distributed.

7. Freeze during the night or until freezing.

8. Raise the ice cream with parchment, then cut the 8x8 grid.

9. In a small bowl, melt the remaining chocolate pieces with coconut oil until smooth.

10. Evenly apply each piece of melted chocolate.

11. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
