【Ingredients】4 serving
●Caramel sauce
60g granulated sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp hot water
●dough
260g milk
2 eggs(120g)
35g granulated sugar
about 10 drops vanilla oil
(vanilla extract)
【Directions】
①First we will make the carmel sauce.
Being careful not to burn the sugar and water,
and heat it lightly until it turns a caramel coior,and then ,lastiy add boiling hot water.
When the sauce is finished.pour it into bowls for later.
(When putting the water in it ,may bounce up considerably.so please be duly careful of burns.)
②Next ,we will make the dough.
Heat the milk to 70℃,add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
and stir lightly so that no foam forms on top.
③Put ② into a cup through a sifter.
④Spread boiling hot water in a large heat-resistant container and place the cup in it.
(Put it in such that water comes up to just under the rim of the container)
Cap the top of the cup lightly with aluminum foii,when you have cooked this at 160 degrees for 35~40 minutes.
it will be done.
*A standard
if the bamboo skewer is pierced,and anything has not adhered,it is ok.

MMMmmmmm. Looks great. Custard pudding is one of my favorite dishes (to eat! I can't cook even to save my own life!!). Made me think about learning cooking - at least for this dish!
