COOKED #33: Buche de Noel by Komine Berlin

Buche de Noel

Our friends at Komine made a special cake for me for Christmas. I had ordered a Buche de Noel with Strawberry and Green Tea taste and I picked it up for my family Christmas Dinner as a surprise.

The Buche de Noel is a tremendous cake with a Crispy Strawberry Layer and a Whitechocolate Mousse. Inside is a Strawberry Marmalade and an Earl Gray Biscuit. Additonally there is layer of Strawberry Cream and the finish is a Crispy Strawberry layer cake.
