Knoppers & Ahoi Brause
There is 2 things every kid growing up in Germany knows. 1.) Knoppers a chocolate Snack and 2.) Ahoj Brause (a powder which you lick from your fingers) and every kid loves it. And Knoppers had a genius TV campaign in which they branded the Snack as the Snack for School.
New Editions
Ahoj Brause is something every kid really loves. I tried it a while ago and it is a bit sour but I get why kids love to stick their fingers inside and lick it. Here is how the normal ones look, it is interesting to see that they are finally making a move to enter the drinks space (before they were only in the sweets space) Let's see if they can be the Redbull for kids ;)

I am a German but living the last 4 years in Mauritius and I can tell you how much I miss Knoppers and other good German products but going home for
X Mas and then I will eat all that good stuff again.

@knozaki2015 I only tried Ahoj-Brause once when I went on a family picnic with my German colleague and family in Berlin last year. My colleague's twin young daughters were very insistent that I must try this wonderful drink so I tried it (letting go of the sparkling schnapps for a moment). It was good but I hardly remember the can or the taste anymore I remember making a joke about 'Ahoy matey..' but it was lost on the kids because, either my accent was too much for them or they did not make the connection to 'Ahoy (Ahoj as spelled - J for Y as in Ja pronounce Ya). Thanks for a pleasant memory that came back because of your post. Cheers. Upvoted

I've never heard of Ahoi Brause and Knoppers before but I'm probably missing out.
Knoppers look absolutely delicious and an even better version of Snickers.

knoppers is a bit like Hanuta if you know that one. it is delcious if you are a kid and dont know about really great wafers ;)

I lived in Germany for almost four years, never once saw the Ahoi things. Where did you find that??
The chocolate is nice, it was something that I think most of students would have that at home.. for the times when you are way to hungry to cook something , or not 😂😂 . Even people in my country love it, I keep bringing it back home before 😀
