[Korean Food Introduction #59] Jjageuli

I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.

This is the 59th introduction to food, and today I will introduce Jjageuli.

Jjageuli refers to the food that boiled itself by putting vegetables such as potatoes and onions into seasoned pork.


◎ Jjageuli


◆ Food Ingredients

: Pork belly 400g, half onion, green onion, red pepper, sauce (5 tablespoons red pepper powder, 4 tablespoons soy source, 4 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons of garlic, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, pepper)


◆ Recipe

01 . Prepare the vegetables in advance and mix the sauce in advance.

02 . Put chili oil or sesame oil on the pan, and roast the pork belly. (Get rid of the pork oil.)

03 . Add 200ml of water and add onions, green onion, pepper and sauce.

04 . When pork and vegetables are cooked, boil for about 5 minutes with a low heat.


◆ Completed dishes

Jjageuli is good for eating with alcohol. I prepared a variety of drinks.

Or it goes well with rice.
