Korean food -육회 (yukhoe - Korean style raw beef)

얼마전 먹은 생갈비 집에서 나온 육회.
세트 메뉴라 시킨 것인데, 달걀 대신 메츄리알이 들어 있다😄

그래도 육회 특유의 고소함과 쫄깃함은 그대로...
