Ingredients:
- Pork bone
- 2 medium potatoes
- Chinese cabbage
- Onion
- Soybean paste (chai)
- Salt
- Red pepper
- Rice
Step 1
Boil the meat bone until tender.
Step 2
On a Korean grater, shred raw potatoes, rinse them from starch in running water and add to the finished broth.
