Ingredients:

  • Pork bone
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Chinese cabbage
  • Onion
  • Soybean paste (chai)
  • Salt
  • Red pepper
  • Rice

Step 1
Boil the meat bone until tender.

Step 2
On a Korean grater, shred raw potatoes, rinse them from starch in running water and add to the finished broth.

Step 3
Since the potatoes cook very quickly, add the chopped Chinese cabbage immediately.

Step 4
As soon as the cabbage with potatoes has reached readiness, add the fried onions, a tablespoon of soybean paste (chai), add salt to taste, put the pepper. Leave the soup to stand while the rice is cooking.
