Dumpling shrimp wonton

Who wants at home aja..ayukk..but a special snack or cuisine for the family .. surely exciting dech for kumpul2 at home. If I sich already have plans out .. usual .. once a week Saturday or Sunday is the time for us jalan2 .. little entertainment for Yodha .. after busy studying in school. So today before going I post a new recipe first ya .. hopefully could be this weekend menu idea. Simple menu sich..cuma dumplings fried rolls. The ingredients are shrimp and chicken .. in dumpling skin wrap, then in fried dech. Delicious for snacks..in the chili sauce or sauce made in the meatball soup sauce that seger.

Oh yes .. if want to make fried dumplings .. make sure the skin wear skins dumplings special fried ya teman2 .. if you wear dumplings that boiled skin .. less
crunchy later results .. and like liat so if in fried. If the supermarket there are usually two kinds of skin dumplings .. that is specifically in fried or boiled. If in the supermarket where I have a good dumpling leather brand .. that is a brand of thumb .. it's very good fried dumpling skin .. very nice if fried.

Okay .. happy to try ya teman.ini he recipe:

➡️Dumpling Shrimp Wonton

➡️ingredients

15 pieces of fried dumplings special fried
1 egg white for glue

➡️ingredients contents :

200 grams of peeled shrimp, puree
50 grams of ground chicken
1 clove garlic, puree
1/2 tablespoon fried onion, puree
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon chicken broth powder & a little salt
1 egg whites
1 spring onion, finely sliced
4 tablespoons of sago / tapioca flour

➡️How to make :

Mix fine shrimp and milled chicken, knead with all seasoning and egg whites until smooth and well blended, add sago flour, mix well. Correction of flavors, by taking a little dough, then fried and tasted taste .. easy savory yet. If you already fit ... then ready to fill into the skin of dumplings

Take a piece of dumpling skin, fill it with shrimp dough to taste ... then fold the skin slightly on the left and then roll it like rolled spring rolls. paste the tip with egg whites. Do it until the dough runs out. Fry until cooked and crispy outside in medium heat oil. Serve with chili sauce or meatball sauce. Yummy ..!
