This is how to make it:
Put 5 dkg yiest in 1 dl mildly warm milk and wait for 10 minutes.
Until that chop 3 onions and fry it with a tbl spoon of butter until it is nice golden brown.
Add app. 60 dkg flour to the milk and yiest, 1 spoon of salt, the fried onions and app. 1/2 dl water. Mix it well and let it rise to its double size (app. 30 mins).
Make small rolls (app. 7-8 cm diameter each) and cut an X on top of them. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees and place a bowl of water on the bottom. (To bake in nice hot steam.)
Bake for app. 10-15 minutes until its nice brown...
