My plum pie

This is how to make it:

Separate the yolks and whites of 7 eggs, beat the whites, mix the yolks with 2 spoons of brown sugar, 1 tbl spoons of cinnamon, cca. 20 dkg flour, 1 tbl spoon baking soda, 5 dkg butter and stir it well.
Mix it with the egg whites and pour it into a form.
Remove the seed of app. 1/2 kgs of plums and place it on top of the pastry. Season with cinnamon and brown sugar and place it in the oven. Bake it on 170 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
