Banana Pancake
Ingredients :
550 gr bananas peeled, puree
350 ml coconut milk (me: replace milk so 270ml)
200 gr rice flour
100 gr of cornstarch
75-100 gr sugar (can be reduced or added according to taste) (me: skip)
2 eggs
a little salt

How to make :
Beat off the egg in the container. Enter the sugar, salt, banana and coconut milk mix well.
Add the rice flour and cornstarch, stir back until blended and no flour. Can also all the material mixed and then dipikser with low speed briefly, from flat.
Heat a nonstick flat pan, pour a teaspoon of dough. After the edges start to harden and the bottom is brownish, turn it over. Cook again until cooked. Lift.
