today I will share recipes chicken katsu following recipe:
Chicken Katsu
Material:
3 boneless chicken breast (600 gr)
4siung garlic, puree
1 teaspoon of salt tea
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Powdered broth, optional
1 tablespoon of flour
Coatings:
2 loose shake eggs
Bread crumbs
How to make:
- Wash the chicken, split in half the middle, puncture with a fork
- Sprinkle with garlic, pepper salt and powdered broth, mix well
- Flour, mix well
- Enter into egg whisk, smeared with bread flour while pressed.
- Let stand in the refrigerator about 30 minutes before fried in order to perfect bread flour
- Fry with lots of small fire oil.
- Ready to serve
