today I will share recipes chicken katsu following recipe:
Chicken Katsu
Material:
3 boneless chicken breast (600 gr)
4siung garlic, puree
1 teaspoon of salt tea
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Powdered broth, optional
1 tablespoon of flour

Coatings:
2 loose shake eggs
Bread crumbs

How to make:

  1. Wash the chicken, split in half the middle, puncture with a fork
  2. Sprinkle with garlic, pepper salt and powdered broth, mix well
  3. Flour, mix well
  4. Enter into egg whisk, smeared with bread flour while pressed.
  5. Let stand in the refrigerator about 30 minutes before fried in order to perfect bread flour
  6. Fry with lots of small fire oil.
  7. Ready to serve
