Dietary seafood salad with rice noodles

100 grams - 94.52 kcal.


Ingredients

100g rice (glass) noodles

200g prawns without heads

100 g mussel meat

1 chili pepper

2 cloves garlic

2 cm of ginger root

1 tsp sesame oil

olive oil

green onions

parsley

sesame seed

1/2 lemon

soy sauce

Cooking method

1. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Lightly fry in olive oil. Add seafood and continue to fry until the evaporation of moisture. If the shrimp were not cooked then put them in a pan for 3-4 minutes before mussels

2. Once the juice from seafood evaporate pour into the pan lemon juice. Evaporated to 2/3.

3. Remove from the heat. Add the sesame seeds, sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.

4. The glass noodles for 15 minutes pour the boiling water. The water is drained.

5. Mix the noodles and seafood. Give the stand. Decorate with greens.
