Got a pack of sushi from a supermarket today and it was beautiful. Ive never had the purple rice before and its because its red cabbage rice!
It was salmom (with a salmon mousse) and a prawn (again with the salmon mousse). Plus some where avocado with them. I loved eating them.
Quite a good price it was £3 for 7 sushi :)
I love avocado !!!! Glad someone once made me try sushi lol!!
