You can be on a diet and eat tasty, healthy and well-founded ... you just have to throw it imagination and taste. After the excesses of these days should be subtracting calories, with a few steps and getting in shape.

Ingredients(1 serving)
1 chicken thigh fillet
Broccoli
pumpkin
Red pepper
Onion
Ginger, turmeric, chicken seasoning, oil and salt.
Steps (20 minutes)
Cook the broccoli in salted water. Drain and reserve .... fry some garlic and reserve.
In the oil fry the garlic, sauté the chopped vegetables in julienne until done. A few minutes before removing it, toss the garlic, the broccoli, the grated ginger, the turmeric and sauté a few minutes more.
Salt the fillet, add a little of the seasoning and sprinkle with oil. Put a pan on the heat, let it heat to the maximum. Pour the steak and let it roast on that side. Turn around ... leave until it is done.
