Quick Brunch - Ham Fried Rice

Simple and practical quick brunch with leftovers


Hi guys!

Welcome to my page and this is my first post on Steemit. Glad to be trying out this platform and also sharing with you guys some home cook recipes that I have.

So for today we have a really simple and easy ham fried rice.photo.jpg

Ingredients (4 servings) :
2 cups leftover cooked white rice
2 cups thinly sliced black pepper ham or any ham
3 eggs
1 grated carrot
1 cup diced mix pepper
1 tbsp oil

Seasoning :
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 dash of salt & black pepper

Garnish options :
20 small deep fried curry leaves (3 seconds deep fry)
1 tsp fine chilli powder

Instructions :

Heat up oil in the pan and deep fry curry leaves for about 3 seconds and take out immediately

Pan fry ham for 3 minutes and then set aside

Pan fry carrot with 1 tbsp of oil then add mix pepper

Add rice to the pan and then break 3 eggs, add seasoning and let it set

Stir fry rice then add cooked ham, deep fried curry leaves and fine chilli powder

Done! :)
