For me, this would be lunch.............I love tempeh, but I can't get it in the area where I live. I mean walking distance. I wish I have this right now. Yummmmmy!!!

It was really a late breakfast, maybe I should have said brunch ;) Hmm... you could try something else instead? I would have used coconut meat if I had some at the time. Maybe eggplant? You're a vegan food wizard, you'll find something instead of the tempeh <3

I hear that it's starting to warm up now! Soon that wonderful Canadian summer will be there for you- I can't wait to see the summer recipes! Summer always makes me miss home! I'd never dream of it in the winter lol
