Time A Different Schnitzel
Today we continue here with a look into the pan.
Normally you often see schnitzel made from veal or from pork.
At my place for lunch we had breaded turkey schnitzel.
The pannade was a mixture of breadcrumbs and oatmeal, which gives a fine crust.
Very tasty and a bit lighter than pork or veal.
Gorengan sangat renyah, untuk di makan.
