A recipe for wonderful colorful capkakes with the aroma of lavender and pleasant sourness of black currant. Usually follow the questions "can I substitute something for this". Of course you can not bother with the infusion of lavender in cream, you can not add currant and do the dough in general in a different way. Only this will be another recipe.
180 g flour
160 g of yogurt
2 eggs
70 g butter
30 ml vegetable
100 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/3 tsp salt
1 glass of black currant
Cream:
300 g cream cheese
150 ml of cream 33-35%
70 grams of powdered sugar
1 tsp lavender (optional)
Dough
Turn on the oven.
Preheat to 180 degrees.
Prepare the form.
Sifted flour mixed with salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
Combine the soft butter with sugar and mix one egg each.
Add vegetable oil and kefir.
Pour in all the flour and quickly knead the dough.
Put on the bottom of each mold on a teaspoon of dough.
In the remaining dough add black currant and gently stir everything.
And now fill the molds by two thirds.
Put the capsules in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Cream
In fat cream I added dried lavender flowers the day before.
If you do not have lavender, do it without it.
To a cold cream cheese add chilled lavender cream, powdered sugar and whisk everything together until a homogeneous cream.
Ready cream to decorate the cooled capkake.
