制作步骤如下:
1.把木耳在温水中发泡,锅里加水烧开,木耳放里炝一下,这样的木耳是熟的。然后捞出,放凉水里,待用。
2.制作调料。把蒜切碎,辣椒末, 然后锅里放入植物油,烧开,放入胡椒,炸出香味,把胡椒捞出,然后把油倒入放有辣椒末的碗中。然后把蒜末,香葱末,生抽,陈醋,白糖适量,放入炸好的辣椒油中,搅拌均匀,就可以放在木耳上,搅拌均匀即可。这样一盘令人垂涎欲滴的,香喷喷的凉拌木耳!

I LOVE black fungus!! I always knew it was healthy, but it was helpful to read exactly why in your post :)) Your dish looks so yummy :) Like the cold appetiser dish that you can order in Chinese restaurants, but with a homey feel :)
