Good afternoon steemian's all friends, how are you? May be always healthy wherever you are. On this afternoon I want to share the benefits and recipes how to make the '' Pepes Fish Teri '', may the steemian friends love it.
In general, all fish contain nutrients that are important for the health of the body, as well as a huge benefit when consuming fish. One of them is '' Anchovy '', although the small size was no less nutritious substances with large fish.
Among them, the nutrient content in anchovies is a protein that can help repair damaged tissues, help the immune system, and treat healthy bones and teeth that contain calcium, fluoride and phosphorus good for bone and teeth health.
Anchovies there are two types of wet and dry teri. Anchovy wet many ways to cultivate into good food and appetite, such as made stir fry and fried with green chilli and fried flour. Wet teriots can also be processed into various foods, one of which is processed into cuisine '' Pepes '' usually used fish Teri wet.
Here I want to share the recipe how to make anchovy fish simple and easy, hope steemian friends like and can enjoy it.
Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg Wet fish
- 2 ounces of sunti acid
- 15 chili seeds
- 5 onion cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cm ginger segment
- 3 leaves of orange belly
- Fried onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Banana leaf
How to make :
Clean pepes fish, and sprinkle salt until evenly distributed.
Puree sunti acid, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, turmeric and ginger.
Enter the ingredients that have been crushed into the wet fish.
- Fried onions, sprinkle into all ingredients along with oil to taste and leaves of chopped belly, mix evenly.
- Take a banana leaf, wrap anchovy dough and bake over medium heat.
Flip dough pepes to cook evenly.
Pepes anchovy is ready to be enjoyed.
That is some way of processing and serving fish pepes teri wet very simple, it tastes good and spicy. This became my favorite food when consumed with rice and vegetable nodes. Well it makes addictive and want to add more .. !!

Selamat siang sahabat steemian's semuanya, apa kabar? Semoga selalu sehat dimana pun kalian berada. Pada siang ini saya ingin berbagi manfaat serta resep cara membuat masakan ''Pepes Ikan Teri'', semoga sahabat steemian menyukainya.
Secara umum, semua ikan mengandung nutrisi yang penting untuk kesehatan tubuh, serta manfaat yang sangat besar apabila mengkonsumsi ikan. Salah satunya adalah ''Ikan Teri'', walaupun berukuran kecil ternyata tidak kalah zat gizinya dengan ikan berukuran besar.
Diantaranya, kandungan gizi didalam ikan teri yaitu protein yang dapat membantu memperbaiki jaringan-jaringan tubuh yang rusak, membantu sistem kekebalan tubuh, dan merawat kesehatan tulang dan gigi yang mengandung kalsium, flour dan fosfor yang baik untuk kesehatan tulang dan gigi.
Ikan teri ada dua jenis yaitu teri basah dan kering. Ikan teri basah banyak cara untuk mengolah menjadi makanan enak dan menggungah selera makan, seperti dibuat tumis dan digoreng dengan cabe hijau dan goreng tepung. Teri basah juga dapat diolah menjadi berbagai makanan, salah satunya diolah menjadi masakan ''Pepes'' biasanya dipakai ikan Teri basah.
Berikut ini saya ingin berbagi resep cara membuat Ikan pepes teri sederhana dan mudah, semoga sahabat steemian menyukai dan bisa menikmatinya.
Bahan-bahan :
- 1/2 kg Ikan Teri basah
- 2 ons asam sunti
- 15 biji cabe rawit
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt kunyit
- 1 cm ruas jahe
- 3 lembar daun jeruk perut
- Bawang goreng secukupnya
- Garam secukupnya
- Daun pisang
Cara membuat :
Bersihkan ikan pepes, dan taburi garam sampai merata.
Haluskan asam sunti, cabe rawit, bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit dan jahe.
Masukkan bahan yang sudah dihaluskan kedalam ikan teri basah tadi.
- Goreng bawang merah, taburkan kedalam semua bahan beserta minyak secukupnya dan daun jeruk perut yang sudah dirajang, aduk merata.
- Ambil daun pisang, bungkus adonan ikan teri dan panggang diatas api sedang.
- Balik adonan pepes biar masak merata.
- Pepes ikan teri sudah siap dinikmati.
Itulah beberapa cara pengolahan dan penyajian ikan pepes teri basah yang sangat simple, rasanya yang enak dan pedas. Ini menjadi makanan favorit saya dikala konsumsi dengan nasi dan sayur bening. Wah rasanya bikin ketagihan dan ingin nambah lagi..!!
