It's true, in addition to warming us up on these cold days, this tea is great for our health because it helps us prevent the colds and flu so frequent this time of year. Ginger

To prepare this tea of ginger, lemon, honey and cinnamon (gives to 1 liter), you need:
- 4 slices of lemon
- 5 slices of ginger
- Honey to taste
- a cinnamon stick or a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Preparation:
