dough:
550 gr of flour
125 gr butter
350 ml milk
1.5 h of yeast
1.5 teaspoon salt
filling:
500 gr meat
6-7 pcs of potatoes
1 piece onion (large)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
30-50 gr butter
salt, black pepper
Let's start with the test, the products are the simplest. In warm milk we send a spoonful of flour and yeast. We mix everything well and set aside.
Cut the butter into cubes and add to the flour. Here we will add salt and grind flour with butter into small crumbs.
Now enter the milk and knead the dough.
We mix a few minutes. The dough in the cup is covered with a lid (film) and we put it in a warm place until it increases in volume, twice (for 40-60 minutes)
We will fill the filling. We cut small potatoes into small pieces.
Cut the meat into slices. To be cut better, you need to freeze slightly in the refrigerator.
The bulb is cut into small cubes and sent to the rest of the products. Here, salt, black pepper and vegetable oil. Vegetable oil will add the juiciness of our filling.
The dough was perfect. A very good recipe. 1/3 of the test is left on the top of our pie.
Most of the (2/3) dough is rolled into a large layer and laid out on a baking sheet. It is necessary to leave the sides.
We spread out and evenly distribute the entire stuffing. On the filling put the cubes of butter, which will give the pie "home", "cozy", creamy taste.
We cover the pie with the remaining layer of dough, we carefully patch the edges. In the center we make an incision, that would be an extra steam. Bake cake at 180 degrees 60-80 minutes (baking time depends on your oven)
Ready, hot pie butter with butter. The crust will be tender and shiny very appetizing.
