This roll of lavash is not only delicious, but also beautiful.
These spring lavash rolls can be taken with you to a picnic or served on a festive table as a snack.
1 pc large pita bread
5 pcs boiled eggs
1 bunch of lettuce leaves
1/3 tsp paprika sweet ground
1/3 tsp curry
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
5 boiled eggs three on a large grater. To the grated eggs, add ⅓ tsp. ground sweet peppers, ⅓ tsp. curry, a little salt and add 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise. All mixed.
A large sheet of pita bread is cut in half. Each half of the lavash is smeared with egg filling. This amount of filling is enough for 1 large sheet of pita bread.
On top, put the leaves of the salad on the filling.
We all turn into a roll.
Prepared roll cut into portions and serve on the table.
