Talk yogurt shredded mint leaves

Mint and sour touts are good for health. Take a look at the recipe of Sharabat made in combination of these two. It is helpful in digestion and stomach like.

Ingredients
Mint leaves: 1 cup
Talk yogurt: 250 ml or one cup
Dhanepata: 1/2 cup
Cinnamon, bitter, two
Raw mango two pieces
Black pepper powder little
Ice Kuchi little
Salt to taste

Step 1
First wash the mint leaves and the palm leaves and wash them in a blender.

Step 2
Blend well with the help of sugarcane, raw mango, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 3
Blend again with half a cup of water.

Step 4
Pour the mixture into a glass, then strain through the strainer.

Step 5
Serve with little ice cream on top. Cold mint-dried curry Sharat.
