How to make fried eggs with grated coconut and sour.

Chicken eggs are known with a high protein content, has many benefits for the body. It is advisable to mengkosumsi regularly, so as not boring eggs can be cooked with a wide variety of cuisines.

On this occasion, I want to share with you traditional recipe cooking fried eggs with a mixture of grated coconut, Acehnese we call it cuisines : "Boh manok u asam keueung".

Ingredient

  • 2 chicken eggs
  • Cayenne 3 seeds
  • Shallot 1 clove
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Shredded coconut 1 ounce
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Coriander
  • Fennel
  • Acid sunti 2 seeds
    Sunti acid is herbs from Aceh made of starfruit dried with salt and dried in the sun many times so dry and can be stored longer.

How to make


  • Place all ingredients into blender
  • Then puree


  • After refined ingredient
  • Place into a bowl


  • Use a spoon to incorporate it into the skillet.
  • Fry for 5 minutes or until cooked



  • Finished.
  • Cut according to your taste and ready to be served.

I so love eggs, and coconut, and maybe my 1/8th indonesian blood remembers this delicious little eggy thing. I miss eating eggs! Why oh why do people think eating lots is bad for you. I have never felt better in my life than when I was eating 6-10 a day.
