Turtorial how to make potato shells with pepper sauce roast

To make this dish, we will need the following ingredients (I will explain the preparation for 8 people if you want to add less):
1.-8 medium potatoes.
2.-2 cups of water.
3.-1 tablespoon of salt.
4.-Oil for frying.
Now the ingredients to make roasted paprika sauce:
1.-4 red peppers (that are large).
2.-4 tablespoons of oil.
3.-1 tablespoon of mustard.
4.-1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.
5.-3 cloves of garlic.
6.-1 tablespoon of salt.
7.-1 refractory plate.
8.-Fresh parsley.
Now I will explain how the preparation is:
Well, the first thing to do is to wash the potatoes first, we cut the potatoes vertically so that it is in 6 pieces, we place a sharp knife, it is removed to the shell, with some potato. The rest can be used to make mashed potatoes, then put in salt water to prevent them from turning black, then drain and dry by putting an adsorbent paper and fry in very hot oil so that they are toasted, the red peppers they are washed, covered with oil and put on a refractory tray in the oven at 400 F for 40 minutes. They are turned and when they are cooked they are removed and we will remove the skin and seeds, roasted paprika are liquefied, with mustard, 3 cloves of garlic, vinegar and salt, on a tray the potato shells are placed fried and in a bowl in the middle place the sauce of paprika sasados, finally (if you want ...) we decorate it with a parsley.
