I work at a foundation in Venezuela named Bit & Nibs, where we want to get better production of Venezuelan Cocoa with the perfect process to get the maximum possible quality. We are working with the new disruptive technologies such as blockchain, creating smart contracts to guarantee all the perfect process of production is carried out with with the desired quality and offers a real trazability of the product.
On the other hand, we have a Fermentation Method of Silvio Bessone, a renowned Italian chef and chocolatier, and we are making alliances with the cocoa producers to them use it.
