This is a journey that I'm really going to enjoy I love eating healthy as it is and I hate that I got off track I can fill the sense of my mind been clearer already, the food you eat can be the Safest & most Powerful Medicine or the Slowest form of Poison. Time for me to start back making my salads fresh at home and not buying Zaxby's or Chick-fil-A's LOL
And the same goes for my smoothies as well
When I make my smoothies I like to mix in a little bit of fresh fruits along with the frozen fruits and vegetables
As I go on this journey to a healthier diet I chose to not eat any red meats for the first 21 days so for meat I will be eating fish and sometimes chicken
