My recipe "Curd donuts."

Today I want to show you the recipe for the preparation of curd donuts. The recipe is very quick and easy, but the result is simply excellent. Donuts obtained lush, tender and very tasty. Your loved ones will appreciate this recipe. Curd donuts are ideal for breakfast and afternoon tea.

Ingredients:

Eggs - 3 pieces

Sugar - 1 cup

Cottage cheese - 500 g

Flour - 2.5 cups

Salt - 0.5 tsp

Baking powder - 2 tsp

Sunflower oil for frying - 0.5 cups

Preparation:

The process of preparing the dough lasts no more than 5 minutes in the frying donuts and takes about 10 minutes. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar. Thoroughly shake up the first two ingredient. Then add the curd and mix well. Then add salt, baking powder and flour. The dough should get soft. To form the donuts you need to grease your hands with sunflower oil and only then start making the dough balls. Curd balls fry on both sides. After frying donuts sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Bon Appetit!!!

I hope you liked my recipe and you will cook it!
