Dough:
Flour - 2 cups
Milk - gram 200
Salt - 3 pinch
Sugar - 2 tsp.
Yeast - 2 tsp.
Soda (slaked with vinegar) - 0.5 tsp.
Filling:
Suluguni - 100 g
Adyghe cheese - 100 g
Butter - cream 70-80

Knead the dough, leave it to go for an hour and a half.
Then cut into portions, roll them into a ball, then roll it to a size slightly larger than an ordinary plate.
We put stuffing, we protect the dough as in khinkali, roll out into a cake not more than a centimeter thick.
Filling for khachapuri with cheese: cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, there we rub oil; hands we make portions in the form of a ball.
- Fry khachapuri with cheese in a dry frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. We lay out on a plate and necessarily grease khachapuri with cheese butter.
