The secret of cooking the perfect hamburger steak!
A good hamburger starts with a quality steak. And a good steak needs most of all fat. Hamburger meat's fat percentage should be around 15-20%.
So the best meat to go with is pork-bull meat with extra grease(not sure if that was correctly translated).
The steak should be fairly thick, so it doesn't get overcooked easily.
Of course, it's a matter of taste how you want your steak made, but usually medium is the best option.
To cook the steak in a grill, add a spoon full oil in the dough. This way the dough doesn't stick to the grill when you cook it.
The grill needs to be hot when you put the dough in it. Otherwise, the dough will get stuck in the grill.
Last tip: If your guests prefer different steak bake levels. Simply flat-out the thickness of the steak if your guest wants, for example, welldone steak. This way all steaks cook the same amount of time.
