Ingredientes
1 kilo de yuca
80 gramos de fécula de maíz o maicena
5 huevos
2 cucharada de mantequilla
100 gramos de azúcar
1 cucharadita de sal
Vainilla al gusto.
½ litro de aceite
Preparación
Pela la yuca, ponla a hervir y cuando estén blandas bajar del fuego y realizar un puré de yuca y reservar.
FuenteAgrega al puré de yuca los huevos batidos, la sal, la mantequilla y poco a poco la fécula de maíz y mezclar bien.
Una vez lista la mezcla, colocarla en una manga pastelera preferiblemente con una boquilla tipo estrella.
FuentePoner a calentar el aceite, ya cuando esté bien caliente, empezar a formar los churros en el aceite y dejar cocinar hasta que estén doraditos.
