Making pionono

I really knew the pionono as a gypsy arm and I really love it, so I took the initiative to leave a pionono recipe for them to try it as I will.
Ingredients

  • 22 puff pastry cookies
  • 200g of butter or butter at room temperature.
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of brandy
  • 250g of whipped cream
  • 1 ounce grated chocolate
  • some cherries in syrup
    Process
    Mix the butter with the egg yolk and the sugar, beating everything well
    Then, pour the milk and brandy into a container and pass the cookies through the milk with the help of a foam so they do not get too wet and can break. Next, spread the cookies with the butter mixture and stick them together.
    Finally, sprinkle the pionono with the remaining milk and place in the refrigerator, until the butter has hardened. cover it with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate and cherries
