Sour cake with fruit without baking

sour cream 500 g
sponge cake 300 g
sugar 1 glass
gelatin 3 tablespoons
currant
grapes
Strawberry
kiwi

Pour gelatin into the glass, pour boiling water at room temperature, allow to stand for about half an hour to swell well, then warm up, stirring it until completely dissolved (boil not to give!). Beat up sour cream of good quality with small sugar, pour in, mixing a thin stream of gelatin into it.

Take a deep domed bowl, lining the bottom and walls with a film, put the berries, cover them with biscuits broken into pieces, again berries, etc. In the end, pour gelatin with sour cream, remove the sour cream cake with fruit for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Cover the bowl with a flat dish, gently turn over, remove the film and serve it to the table.
