The recipe of the day is the famous pancake that I prepared with whole wheat a way to eat healthy without being private and especially easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tsp. of vanilla sugar
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 5 tsp. of oil
- 70g of sugar
- 2 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- butter or oil for cooking
Method
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture in a big bowl, cover and let it rest in warm place for 1hour.
- Heat a non stick pan, then pour around half a ladle or 1/4 cup from the batter in the middle of the pan.
- Cook in a small hot buttered pan 1 minute on each side
Trick : The edge should be golden, and small bubbles should form on the top, it's time to return the pancake!
