Louna's easy recipes! Healthy Pancake with whole wheat

Hi steemiens friends,

The recipe of the day is the famous pancake that I prepared with whole wheat a way to eat healthy without being private and especially easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g whole wheat flour
  • 5 tsp. of oil
  • 70g of sugar
  • 2 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • butter or oil for cooking

Method

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in a big bowl, cover and let it rest in warm place for 1hour.
  3. Heat a non stick pan, then pour around half a ladle or 1/4 cup from the batter in the middle of the pan.
  4. Cook in a small hot buttered pan 1 minute on each side

Trick : The edge should be golden, and small bubbles should form on the top, it's time to return the pancake!
