Tonight I prepared a delicious gratin with vegetables that I do not forget to share with you my dear friends.
You do not like vegetables? We bet you'll like this gratin! Balanced, healthy and above all delicious, it's very simple and easy to prepare for dinner or even lunch and you can accompany it with a green salad for example.
Ingredients :
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 eggplant
- 2 potato
- 1 zucchini
- 100 g of Emmental cheese
- 1/2 l of milk
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. flour
- salt and pepper
Method
- Épluchez et coupez les pommes de terre en rondelles bien fines. Faites la même chose avec les autre légumes.
