Ingredients :
1 kg chicken breast fillet, wash
150 ml of water
1 small packet of coconut milk (65ml)
1 stem of lemongrass
1 galangal segment
3 pieces of orange leaf
2 pieces of brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
to taste salt
to taste sugar
to taste cooking oil
Ground spices
7 grains of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 segment of ginger
10 pieces of red chili
Steps:
Fry chicken breast until golden yellow. After chilling, do not be too thin. Set aside.
Stir fry spices with galangal, lemongrass & lime leaves until fragrant. After the seasoning is cooked, put the water mixed. after boiling seasoning, enter soy sauce and java sugar. Wait until the sugar dissolves.
If the sugar is soluble, enter the coconut milk. Stir until coconut milk is well blended. After that season season with salt and sugar. Correction of flavors.
If it is fit, enter the chicken suwiran. cook until the seasoning is absorbed and the sauce shrinks.
