🍕 Pizza cooked in stone oven - Pizza hecha en horno artesanal

Hi Steemit friends. Hola amigos de Steemit.

I want to show you a pizza cooked in a stone home oven. The ingredients are tomato, cheese, ham, black olives and chicken and the dough I made with wheat flour, water, salt and a pinch of yeast, very very little.

This oven reaches very high temperatures, sometimes up to 600 degrees so I had to measure the temperature a lot and be careful it will not burn. All this drinking me a cold beer: -)

Finally, the pizza was excellent and it was delicious ... Ñam Ñam Ñam

Quiero enseñar la pizza que cociné en un horno casero de piedra. Los ingredientes son tomate, queso, jamón, aceitunas negras y pollo y la masa la hice con harina de trigo, agua, sal y una pizca de levadura, muy muy poca.

Este horno alcanza temperaturas altisimas, a veces hasta 600 grados por lo que tenía que medir la temperatura mucho y tener cuidado que no se quemara. Todo esto tomándome una cerveza bien fría :-)

Al final la pizza quedó excelente y estaba buenísima... Ñam Ñam Ñam
