Easy Filipino Beefsteak Recipe

in food •  6 years ago

This tasty-looking thin-sliced beefsteak doesn't require so much ingredient. Let me share to you how simple the steps in cooking this.

This beefsteak is good for 4 servings. Cooking time would take 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly slices
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 tsp ground black paper
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Steps

  • 1 . Marinate the beef by mixing the soy sauce, lemon and ground black pepper for at least an hour (note: the longer you marinate it the tastier)

  • 2 . Using the cooking oil, heat it in a pan then stir fry the onion rings, until it soften. Afterwards, set aside.

  • 3 . Using the same pan, fry the marinated beef without the marinade sauce until it changes into brown color

  • 4 . Saute the garlic in a few minutes.

  • 5 . Pour the marinade sauce and boil

  • 6 . Put the fried bee, simmer for 20 minutes. You can add water when needed

  • 7 . Put the stir-fried onion and add flavourings (a bit of salt to taste)
