INGREDIENTS:
Gram Flour( Chena Besan): 1 cup
Oil: To Fry
Salt: As per Taste
Red chilli powder:1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tbsp
Cooking Soda: 1/4 tbsp
Water: Small quantity
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take Cauliflower cut pieces and clean them and keep them aside.
Now take Gram Flour (Chena besan) into a bowl and add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cooking soda, and a small quantity of water mix them softly.
Now add cauliflower pieces into the mixture.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it.now drop cauliflower into that hot oil.
And fry them until the clour change to lite brown colour.now ready to serve Cauliflower Bujji or Gobi pakoda.
