This is a very healthy recipe.Ginger also use as a home remedy for a cough and cold.Ginger Curry ( Allam Pulusu) is very good taste.and cook to very easy.
INGREDIENTS:
Ginger: small piece
Garlic: 2 cloves
Onions: chopped 1
Green Chilli:2
Jeera:1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli powder:2 tbsp
Tamarind:10 grams soaked for 10 minutes
Salt: As per taste
Oil: 5or 6 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take sliced onions, jeera, garlic.ginger make a paste.Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it, now add sliced onions, jeera green chilli and mixture of onions paste to fry for 10 minutes.until the raw smell is gone.
Now take a bowl and soak for tamarind.
Now add tamarind juice and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste. cook for 10 minutes.
Now add coriander leaves.Now ready for Ginger Curry ( Allam Pulusu) .
Serve with rice.
