GREEN GRAM DOSA ( Pesarattu)

This is a South Indian Breakfast.It is very simple and easy to cook.

INGREDIENTS:

Green Gram ( green moonga dal) : 2cups soaked
Green chilli:2
Jeera: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Ginger: Small piece
Oil: To roast

INSTRUCTIONS:
First, soak a green gram ( moong dal) in water 4or 5 hours.

place jeera, green chili, ginger and drained moong dal in a mixie jar and grind by adding little water. grind them smoothly, remove the paste into a bowl. And add salt as per taste.

Now take dosa tawa on the stove and heat it.and take a ladle of batter and place on tawa and spread to get thin shape dosa.

pour oil side by side on the dosa.and turn it.now it is crispy.

Now take it outside the plate.and serve with tomato chutny or coconut chutney.
