MOONG DAL VADA.(Evening Snack).

INGREDIENTS:

Moonga Dal: 1 cup soaked 2hours
Green Chilli: 2
Jeera: 1/2 tbsp
Garlic: 2
Ginger: small piece
Onion: 1 cut small pieces
Salt: As per taste
Oil: To fry

INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take a small bowl and soaked moong dal 2 or 3 hours.

Now take a mixie jar pour moong dal, jeera, garlic, ginger, and salt grind them until smooth and paste.

Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it, make small balls from the batter and press them as round shape and deep fry in oil. until golden brown color.

Now take them out and ready to serve with chutney.
